PIG Announces New Album “Hurt People Hurt,” Shares First Single “Tosca’s Kiss”

Raymond Watts has announced a new PIG album, Hurt People Hurt, created with longtime collaborator Jim Davies (The Prodigy, Pitchshifter) and set for release May 22, 2026 on Metropolis Records. The first single, “Tosca’s Kiss,” is out now with a video directed by E Gabriel Edvy of Blackswitch Labs.

Inspired by Watts’ long-standing love of opera, “Tosca’s Kiss” leans into the sense of drama and theatricality that has often surfaced throughout the PIG catalog. The 10-track album marks the latest release from Watts’ long-running project, which has blended abrasive electronics, dark humor, and moments of unexpected melody since the late ’80s.

Outside of PIG, Watts has collaborated with Einstürzende Neubauten, Foetus, and Psychic TV, and has been a member of KMFDM. His work has also extended into film, television, and fashion, including music for Alexander McQueen runway shows.
